About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Billing Executive to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and processing billing transactions for our transportation and warehousing clients. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, as well as resolving any billing discrepancies. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in billing or accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation and warehousing industry
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage billing transactions for transportation and warehousing clients
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Resolve any billing discrepancies and communicate with clients as needed
• Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and client information
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Skills:
