Kelley Kronenberg's Accounting Department is looking for a Billing Coordinator to join their growing team. The Billing Coordinator manages, and executes attorney billing. Adds, update, and streamlines the accounting software and have the ability to navigate through various billing websites. Maintains contact with attorneys, staff, vendors, and clients while observing confidentiality of client and firm matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manages daily and monthly billing.
- Review and edits pre-bills.
- Ability to execute complex bills in a timely manner.
- Reviews and verifies accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required.
- Research and responds to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems.
- Creating monthly reports.
- Update and maintains websites and billing portal for client billing.
- Applies billing polices and client guidelines.
- Utilizes computerized accounting software programs.
Required Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience or related training
- MS Office Suite Knowledge
