Position Summary

Billing Coordinator are the link between the Field Managers and the Accounting Department. They are an integral part of a far-reaching team, which is committed to exceeding client goals by delivering exceptional reporting and data quality. As part of this team, the Billing Coordinator works with all levels of the organization to understand and achieve client expectations. Primarily, Billing Coordinator are responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of Hydromax USA provided services to the companies many clients. Each day presents a new set of challenges for the data analyst to solve, requiring a high level of analytical thinking. Overcoming these challenges leads to a mentally engaging and rewarding work experience. This role will report to the Treasury Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Create accurate and timely invoices meeting client and organizational standards

· Review contracts for invoicing requirements and ask any questions necessary to reduce ambiguity.

· Review Data Analyst provided data for billing appropriateness, making changes where needed and approving work for invoicing.

· Utilize software such as Access, SQL, and Excel among others to update invoicing databases daily.

· Provide support and reporting to customers both internal and external regarding project invoicing and projections.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

· 1-2 years billing experience -Required

· Basic Access/SQL experience – Preferred

· GIS (ESRI, ArcMap, Arc Server) – Preferred

· High level of attention to detail

· Position requires sitting for extended periods.

· Invested in accurate and timely communication

· Possess excellent problem-solving abilities

· Analytically oriented

· Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

Eagerness to learn and be guided, as well as excited to contribute independently

Pay:

· $23-24hr
