Billing Administrative Assistant at SourcePro Search

SourceProSearch is in search for the Billing Administrative Assistant Position.

• Capture and collect partner's time and enter it into the billing system.
• Manage partner's billing process from pre-bills to distributing final bills to clients.
• Follow up with clients for any outstanding receivables.
• Collaborate with the Accounting department and the regular administrative assistant as needed.

• 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in the office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) when the co-managing partner is in the office.
• Remote work possible when the co-managing partner is traveling or not in the office.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
