Bilingual Spanish/English Administrative Assistant II at Sparks Group

Sparks Group has partnered with a public health organization and together we are recruiting for a bilingual administrative assistant II. This position provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Office of the Deputy Director. Responsibilities include managing a complex calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, drafting, and editing correspondence, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Office of the Deputy Director
- Manage and coordinate the Deputy Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Respond to inquiries and requests from staff and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Spanish

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Hourly $23.00 to $25.00
