Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist / Mail Clerk

Thompson Law LLP, a rapidly growing personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist who is passionate about delivering world-class service to our clients. We strive to provide record-setting results for individuals who have suffered life-disrupting injuries due to the negligence of others. Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from existing clients
• Assisting lawyers and paralegals in day-to-day activities
• Organizing mail and scanning documents
• Preparing correspondence and
• Delivering superior client service over the phone and in person

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient computer and administrative skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Spanish-speaking proficiency
• Energetic, outgoing, and collaborative demeanor
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of law firm experience, preferably working on personal injury cases.
