Bilingual Production Manager at Talento Search Group

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Manufacturing Manager in the Glendale Heights, Illinois area.  This is a direct-hire position with a salary range of about $75,000-80,000 per year, depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee assembly and pick & pack operations
• Coaching, eliminating waste, and meet stakeholder requirements
• Drive success through established KPI's
• Manage teams in assembly, quality control, and inventory management
• Ensure 5S strategies and an orderly workspace
• Collaborate with supporting departments
• Promote safety and required PPE in production areas
• Promote continuous flow using Theory of Constraint strategies
• Promote lean thinking
• Work with process engineers to establish standardized work

Experience Needed:

• At least 5 years of production leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge and expertise with Lean manufacturing techniques
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
