Job Opportunity: Spanish Preschool Teacher

Location: Santa Monica, CA | Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour | Hours: 35-40 per week

Our Client, a reputable early childhood learning center, is seeking dedicated Spanish Preschool Teachers to join their team. All candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Our client operates a multilingual preschool in Santa Monica, CA, offering Spanish, German, and English immersion programs for children aged 2-6. The school features vibrant indoor and outdoor classrooms, an art studio, and hands-on, project-based learning. Our curriculum fosters exploration, collaboration, and exposure to diverse world cultures and traditions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) units and experience in an ECE setting (1+ year preferred)
• AA degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or equivalent credentials
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (strong verbal and written skills required)
• Experience with infants and toddlers is a plus
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
• Computer/tech-savvy
• Must meet state requirements: fingerprinting, TB testing, immunizations, CPR/First Aid certification, and mandated training

Transferable Roles:

If you have experience as a Nanny, Language Tutor, Childcare Provider, Teaching Assistant, or Youth Program Coordinator, your skills may transfer well to this role!

• Work Setting: In-person at a private language immersion school in Santa Monica, CA

Key Responsibilities:
