Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Glendale, CA. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This position requires excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish to assist our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and route phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or redirecting as needed.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using our scheduling system.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist clients with forms, translations, and other needs as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
- Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed.
