Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize computer software, including QuickBooks, to manage billing and financial records.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes in a medical setting when applicable.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support office management by coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as an office or medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients.
- Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
