About the Job
- Provide excellent customer service to all team members and applicants, including explaining company policies, benefits, and procedures
- Perform administrative work, including entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the phone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies; maintaining files; and sorting mail for the HR Department
- Assist with the hiring process, including greeting walk-in applicants, administering pre-employment tests, coordinating interviews, assisting in new hire orientation and training, etc.
- Create and maintain accurate electronic and personnel files for Operations (hourly and salaried) employees
- Responsible for sending plant-wide communications
- Enter new hire information into HRIS and all other associated tasks with the change
- Maintain team member confidence and protect operations by maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Provide general support with human resources functions and team members
- Plan, coordinate, and lead employee relations and engagement activities, and create flyers for such activities
- Order and deliver WIN awards for Operations; assist with service award program
- Participate and assist in organizing special projects as assigned
- Complete reports as requested, such as hourly and salaried openings reports, LOA report, etc.
- Complete verification of employment requests
- Maintain digital physical signage, mobile alerts, and applicable HUB pages
- Coordinate and administer uniform program for production team members
- Translate documents and interpret when necessary
