Bilingual HR Generalist (Contract-To-Hire)

You are a motivated HR professional with a strong background in recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to improving HR processes. You bring excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and a solution-oriented approach to your work. You are a collaborative team player who is adaptable and proactive in resolving issues.

This position pays: $35-$45 /hr  

Location: Healdsburg, Ca   

What you will be doing:

• Recruitment & Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from posting job openings to conducting interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Benefits Administration: Administer health, welfare plans, and employee benefits, ensuring accurate enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Compliance & Records Management: Track mandatory training, maintain I-9 records, audit compliance, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Employee Relations & Administration: Provide HR support, assist with disciplinary actions, handle employee inquiries, and maintain employee records.
• Special Projects & Events: Assist with employee recognition, benefits enrollment, and company events while supporting various HR initiatives.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience
• SHRM-CP credential preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack, and HRIS systems
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
