WHAT TO EXPECT AS A BILINGUAL MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST
This full- or part-time position is a critical part of our practice, collaborating with team members and industry professionals to deliver the most comprehensive, effective therapeutic services we can. You conduct hour-long sessions, working with patients to overcome various mental and emotional roadblocks. Dedicated to meeting each patient's needs, you develop custom treatment plans to help each person grow and elevate their potential. You bring hope and positive change to those in need!
YOUR SCHEDULE
This full- or part-time position typically works Monday through Thursday or Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, depending on the patient caseload, which never exceeds 30 patients a week.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree (or close to receiving one) in marriage and family therapy (MFT), social work (MSW), or clinical mental health counseling (CMHC)
- Ability to conduct therapy sessions in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Google Suite
Our ideal Bilingual Mental Health Therapist can work 25+ hours per week, has completed training in EMDR or Brainspotting, and is licensed through DOPL.
