Are you bilingual in Spanish and English and looking for a customer service position in the New Brunswick area? If so, this opportunity is for you!

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: $22 per hour

Type: Temp to Perm

Responsibilities for Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

• Assist patients in applying for Medical Assistance
• Enter patient homes and gather information
• Document patient information accurately and complete tasks promptly
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Vaccinated due to hospital setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
