Bilingual Administrative Assistant - Beacon Hill

Our client, a banking firm located in Quincy, is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role in onsite in Quincy, MA, full time hours Monday through Friday, duration for approximately 6+ months, and paying up to $32/hr. Candidates must have 10+ years of office experience, be bilingual in English/Spanish, have strong communication and strong problem solving skills. DUTIES

Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required.
