Job Opportunity: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Location: Odenton, MD (Fully On-Site)
Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00
Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a dynamic and growing company in Odenton, MD, to find a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a fully on-site position offering a competitive hourly rate and an opportunity to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering excellent service.
- Manage and coordinate calendars to organize meetings and appointments effectively.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Compile and prepare detailed reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English preferred) to assist with diverse communication needs.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
