About the Job
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join the team at the corporate headquarters in Jessup, PA. This position has an integral role of showcasing our values while performing front reception and a variation of essential administrative duties in support of human resources and customer service.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
*Greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, processing mail, supporting new employee onboarding as well as other administrative tasks.
*Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring process ,etc refers more complex questions to HR Staff or management.
*Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of customer documentation and human resource files and records.
*Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and files appropriately.
*Provides clerical support to the HR department.
*Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
*Assists with planning and the execution of special events such as benefit enrollment. meetings, employee recognition events, Holiday parties and retirement celebrations.
*May assist with payroll functions
*May act as a liaison between organization and external benefit providers and vendors which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.
*Performs other duties as assigned

*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and problem solving.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
*Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), and similar computer applications .
*Prior related office experience preferred.
*Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
*Must be able to lift up to 15 Lbs at times.
*Spanish Bi-lingual
