Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and solutions to protect their families and assets.
- Help customers understand the value of our products, ensuring they are protected for lifes unexpected moments.
- Be a trusted advisor, assisting with coverage changes, billing questions, claims support, and insurance reviews.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to a culture of teamwork and success.
- Educate and empower customers about their insurance options in English and Spanish.
- Own your role as a key holder, taking pride in the responsibility of maintaining a dependable, organized office environment.
- Drive agency growth through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and retention efforts.
- Represent FRMs core values of dependability, professionalism, and service excellence in everything you do.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to meet sales goals, upsell, or cross-sell products. Insurance sales experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for customers.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Licensing: Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 30 days of hire (training and support provided). A Life & Health Insurance License is a plus but not required initially.

Technical Requirements
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with using customer management systems (CRMs), Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools. Training will be provided for agency-specific systems.
- Key Holder Experience (Preferred): Experience in roles where responsibility for opening, closing, and securing office premises was required.
