Beverage Cart Attendant - The Club at 12 Oaks

• Has complete and comprehensive knowledge of all menus including specials. Has a solid understanding of all liquor, beer, and wine that is offered to guests. 
• Accurately records all sales of food and beverages.

• Creates experiences – indoors and out – that every guest will want to repeat.
• Starts with a warm welcome that includes an introduction and uses the guest’s name whenever possible.
• Continues with magical service that takes and fills orders accurately and uses the guest’s name whenever possible.
• Ends with a fond farewell that uses the guest’s name whenever possible.

• Checks fuel and fluid levels on the cart before use.
• Follows all procedures – including opening and closing inventories ‐ for obtaining food, ice, beverages, and sundries.
• Stocks cart with food, ice, beverages, sundries, and emergency supplies.
• Meets every guest at least two times on both nines.
• Reconciles bank and inventory.
• Cleans and stores cart.
