About the Job
GMS, one of the country’s leading CPEOs, is looking for a high energy individual with B2B sales and relationship building skills to join our Benefits Sales Team.
First what does a Benefits Sales Representative do?
- Meet with prospective clients obtained through warm leads to discuss benefit options using a consultative sales approach - No cold calling!
- Develop quotes and create proposals based on clients' needs
- Walk through explanation of quotes and present proposal to decision makers of small businesses
- Provide support during implementation process
- Facilitate employee roll-outs for appropriate benefit lines chosen
What’s in it for YOU:
- Base Salary Range between $40,000-$90,000 + Uncapped, Residual Commissions. *Base salary range will vary and is dependent upon both location and experience.

Qualifications for this role:
- Experience - 1-2 years related experience required; Experience in health insurance or customer service preferred
- Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Other - Current State's License in Life and Health insurance is required or may be obtained within 90 days of employment; Valid driver's license is required for travel
