About the Job
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in business, human resource or related field preferred. The incumbent will have a minimum 3%2B years in benefits administration or human resources.

Collaborate effectively with the Total Rewards Team, HR, HRIS, IT, payroll and other departments including third party administrators and carriers.

Strong understanding of company benefit rules, regulations, policies and procedures including federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits, including COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, and Section 125. Required
Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify areas to contin continuously improve, enhance, and streamline processes. Required
Accuracy and attention to detail. Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Required
Medium level of proficiency in MS Office products. Required

Responsibilities:
The Benefits Analyst is supporting member of the Total Rewards Team that will ensure benefit programs and plans are administered according to plan provisions and companys regulatory guidelines. This includes timely and accurate administration to ensure program compliance. The Benefit Analyst will be responsible for the day to day management of the assigned benefit plan and programs and act as the primary subject matter expert for a designated business groups.
The Benefits Analyst will partner with and provide exceptional customer service to our internal teams (HR partners, HRIS, payroll, IT) as well as collaborate with our third party administrators and service providers to ensure compliance with plan rules and deliver of a positive employee experience.
