A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a Behavioral Health Provider in Lebanon, OH.
The Behavioral Health Provider will be responsible for providing interdisciplinary services related to health and illness through psychosocial interventions, counseling, and treatment coordination. This position requires a license in behavioral health and offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to mental health treatment and rehabilitation efforts.

Behavioral Health Provider Compensation:

• The pay for this position is $30 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Behavioral Health Provider Highlights:

• This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position (8 AM - 4 PM) with no weekends or holidays
• Overtime not approved
• This is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
• The position will be located in Lebanon, OH

Behavioral Health Provider Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial interventions, including counseling, testing, and client education
• Develop and implement individualized goals and treatment plans
• Assess client progress and provide feedback on treatment effectiveness
• Participate in treatment teams, program development, and meetings
• Maintain documentation for federal, state, and local agency requirements
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up services with other facilities and support agencies

Behavioral Health Provider Requirements:

· Mandatory attendance for first 90 days

· High school diploma or GED

• Must be Licensed in one of the following:

• Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDC II) by Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a master's degree in psychology or mental health-related field
• Licensed Registered Nurse with a mental health or psychiatric nursing concentration or certificate
  • Training and development required for ongoing license renewal
  • Must clear a metal detector, with no phones, tobacco, or food allowed in the facility
  • TB test and HireRight drug screen required within 48 hours of start date

Behavioral Health Provider Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with crisis intervention and managing sensitive situations
• Ability to work under challenging conditions, including exposure to potentially violent clients or unusual environments
