Behavioral Health Assessor - Liberty Hospital

SUMMARY: The Behavioral Health Assessor has the responsibility to provide a full range of services for patients and their families, including clinical assessments, treatment planning, and crisis management. The role of this position includes collaboration with nursing staff as well as the medical team to determine the appropriate level of care through a clinical assessment.

Required Education/Training: Master's Degree from an accredited University of Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Marriage or Family Therapy
Required Experience: Three (3) or more years' of related experience
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Master's Level Licensure with the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board as one of the following:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (MO)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (MO)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MO)
