About the Job
InBloom is hiring both new Behavior Therapists (BTs) as well as experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our diverse team where culture, compensation, and support are unmatched.

All BTs and RBTs undergo hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from their Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), to prepare for a career providing life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism in home-based and center-based settings. Alongside our amazing team of BCBAs, you will implement top tier behavior therapy programs through one-on-one therapy, data collection, and teamwork to offer an incredibly valuable service to kiddos and families who rely on the InBloom team every day. Your work makes a huge difference in the lives of kiddos and families and is something to be proud of.

Whether you are a certified RBT or new to the field of ABA, you will go through a proprietary training program to ensure you are ready to provide the highest quality care to our kiddos.
In addition to paid training, InBloom also covers the cost of assessments, exams, and supplementary study material. Upon successful completion of our training program and passing of the RBT certification exam, trainees may be offered a permanent position with InBloom.

- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA/BCaBA to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client.
- Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
- Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with the supervising BCBA/BCaBA to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and make necessary adjustments to the intervention plan when required.
- Behavior Reduction Techniques: Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan to address challenging behaviors.
- Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors.
- Parent/Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment.
- Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Documentation: Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes in a timely manner.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with the BCBA/BCaBA, parents/caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's treatment.
About you: What Makes You a Great Candidate
- Early education, special education, childcare, or personal experience
- Passion for working with children and helping others
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus
- Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smartphone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members
Work environment
- Must be able to travel to our InBloom Center for duration of internship
- Noise Level is moderate to loud
Physical demands
- Prolonged periods of standing and frequent bending.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
