Beacon Hill | Medical Call Center Rep, Onsite - $23/hour - Rockville, MD MD - Beacon Hill

Our client is seeking an onsite Call Center Representative to join their Rockville, MD team and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent phone skills and a strong attention to detail are key in this role. If you have experience in handling incoming phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and possess a keen ability to route calls effectively, we want to hear from you!

About the Job:

• Answer and document incoming phone calls.
• Provide accurate information to callers from the website and other platforms.
• Send faxes or print documents when requested.
• Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails.
• Route calls to the proper destination when required.
• Complete additional administrative or other relevant tasks as needed.

About You:

• 1+ years of call center experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• Experience with SharePoint and tech savviness is preferred.
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.

About the Position:

• $23/hr while temporary.
• $25/hr when permanent.
• 100% on-site in Rockville, MD during the first six months.
• Hybrid once permanent.
• Free parking!
