WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As our Lead Bartender, you will greet guests with a friendly and warm demeanor, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your role will involve skillfully preparing and serving a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to cater to our diverse clientele. Taking customer orders and offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to provide top-notch customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Utilizing your sales skills, you will also have the chance to upsell food and beverage items, contributing to increased sales revenue for the restaurant.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A LEAD BARTENDER?
We're looking for someone who can work 40 - 45 hours per week, including 10-hour day, evening, and weekend shifts, while meeting the following qualifications:
- Experience as a bartender
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in fine dining, familiarity with Toast POS or other point-of-sale systems, and experience in catering or event bartending would be a plus!
