About the Job
- Knowledgeable with our ingredients, preparation and presentation of all menu items while ensuring that every product adheres to the highest quality possible
- Managing POS & online ordering systems by updating items and receiving new orders
- Must be effective with articulating our menu while being able to resolve concerns and answer questions raised by our guests
- Provide courteous service and be able to precisely understand guests needs, bring food and beverages in a timely manner while complying to the DOH standards
- Must be approachable with our team members and our guests
