You'll be provided an increased hourly pay while you work the bar making both the hourly, and your tips that you would normally incur from working service. It's the best of both worlds. Centered around live-fire cooking in an open kitchen, the menu features prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and homemade pastas, combining long-standing culinary traditions with unmatched warmth and personality. What would you do as a Bar/Beverage Manager
As the Bar Manager at The Greggory, you'll seamlessly blend administrative responsibilities with your passion for bartending. Each day, you'll dedicate a few hours to office tasks such as product ordering and managing inventory, ensuring our bar is stocked with the finest liquors. Your evenings will be spent behind the bar, where you'll engage with guests and deliver exceptional service. Building and nurturing relationships with liquor brand representatives and vendors is essential, as you'll be responsible for curating a cocktail and spirits program that captivates our clientele.
