**The HMC Orthopedic Trauma, After Care and Pain Relief Clinics** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Full-Time Business Operations Supervisor (Program Operations Specialist).** **WORK SCHEDULE:**
+ 100% FTE
+ Days **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:** **The Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery After Care Clinic at Harborview Medical Center** treats the most complex orthopaedic injuries among patients in the broader Pacific Northwest region, including Alaska. The clinic offers care for numerous conditions including bone fractures, soft tissue injuries, bone deformities and failure of bones to heal. Our team provides individualized treatment plans using non-surgical, minimal invasive and open surgical techniques.
Patients also have easy access to other Harborview orthopedic clinics - the Foot & Ankle Center, Hand, Elbow & Shoulder Center, and the Spine Center - and the full services of UW Medicine for other specialty services or hospitalization

+ Opportunity to provide career growth **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Supervise Patient Care Coordinators (PCC), Ambulatory Service Representatives (ASR), and other assigned staff, coordinating patient's entry into and through the clinic and Harborview Medical Center
+ Perform specific leadership functions related to clinical practice, education and/or management as delegated by and in collaboration with the Clinic Practice Manager and Clinic Medical Director
+ Provide leadership for clinic and divisional activities that promote delivery of quality care and service, effective problem solving and communication, and continued professional development for self and others
+ Serve as a role model and provides guidance to other staff including review and evaluation of performance
+ Responsibilities include: Leadership and Professionalism, Human Resources Management, Business Operations, Customer Service and Teamwork **REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in business, public relations, or a medical related field (experience can substitute for degree)
