Overview
&
This role is designed for a motivated individual with proven sales experience, preferably in building materials.
Key Responsibilities
&
Sales Expansion:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.&
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.&
Market Knowledge:
Develop expertise in glass and building materials, proactively researching trends to enhance client offerings.&
Revenue Growth:
Drive consistent growth through strategic sales and proactive lead generation.&
Reporting:
Track and report sales progress and client feedback to senior management.&
Qualifications
&
Experience:
5+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally within the building materials sector (e.g., glass, granite).&
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.&
Assets:
Proficiency in golf is an asset, as it can facilitate industry networking and client relationships.&
Education:
A degree or relevant certification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.&
Work Environment
&
This position is remote-based with a flexible work schedule but will require periodic visits to our Burnaby, BC, location.&
