In the office position in Arlington

Some responsibilities include:

• Meet visitors, answer phones
• Order office supplies
• Distribute mail
• Assistant Project Manager/Coordinator
• Receive shipments - sign for, scan into system, store
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and stock
• Assist new employees with onboarding (I9, new hire paperwork, distribute laptops, etc)
• Assist and organize employee events, ie Thanksgiving luncheon

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements include:

1-2 years Administrative/Office Assistant experience

Some college preferred

Excellent MS Office

Shipping, receiving and inventory experience a plus
