We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Business Customers (Individual Contributor) to play a critical role to develop our B2B LOB. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong customer relationships within the business sector. you will be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and managing key accounts independently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global business-to-business (B2B) sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Israeli / global education and learning business market.
Reporting to the COO
This is a Hybrid full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management:
- Independently manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, with an understanding of diverse business markets, including Christian, educational, and technology sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to each specific market, such as the Evangelical Christian, education, and technology sectors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements, considering the unique needs of various business partnerships, in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction, while also building diverse business relationships with Churches, educational institutions, technology companies, and other potential partners.
Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential business customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, across a wide spectrum of industries, such as Christian, education, and technology sectors.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals within different business markets, including the Evangelical Christian, education, and technology sectors.
- Present and promote our products/services to business clients within each distinct market, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific requirements, whether it be in Christian, educational, or technological contexts.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across diverse business sectors to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, encompassing the unique needs of each market.
Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business customers across various industries, understanding the specific dynamics of each sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, while recognizing the distinct needs of partners in Christian, educational, and technology sectors.
- Continuously assess client needs and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, taking into account the particular requirements of each industry.
Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track personal sales performance against targets and provide regular progress reports, understanding the varying dynamics of different business partnerships.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage customer interactions, update sales activities, and generate accurate sales forecasts across diverse business sectors.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within each specific industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a Sales Manager B2B as a “hunter” in the Christian market in the US – A must.
- Strong knowledge of business partnerships in diverse sectors, including but not limited to the Evangelical Christian, education, and technology markets.
- Proven experience in building business relationships with various types of organizations for the distribution of products/services
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
