Job Status: Full-Time, On-site
Starting Pay Range: $25-$31 per hour based on experience & qualifications
Work Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM (mandatory lunch break)
*Overtime may be required

Position Overview
We are hiring several experienced Avionics Technician II with 5+ years of military and civilian avionics maintenance experience, specializing in rotary-wing systems and helicopter maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical troubleshooting, wire harnessing, avionics system installations, and troubleshooting avionics malfunctions to ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and safety compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install aircraft avionic systems, including flight data, navigation, and communication systems on fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
Perform wire harnessing and aircraft wiring installations for avionics systems.
Troubleshoot avionics systems using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and OEM wiring diagrams and schematics.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair military-grade avionics systems.
Perform avionics system installations, maintenance, updates, and modifications in compliance with FAA regulations and military standards.
Conduct sheet metal fabrication for replacement or new parts, ensuring adherence to quality assurance guidelines.
Document aircraft maintenance in logbooks according to federal statutes and repair station procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe modifications to aircraft.
Perform safety compliance checks during maintenance and modification tasks to meet quality assurance and industry standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of avionics maintenance experience (combined military and civilian), focusing on rotary-wing avionics and helicopter maintenance
Experience with Blackhawk helicopters or similar rotary-wing aircraft
Extensive wire harnessing and avionics repair experience
Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other avionics test equipment
FAA compliance experience in aircraft maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot avionics systems using wiring diagrams and schematics
Experience in safety compliance and quality assurance in aircraft maintenance
A&P License is highly preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. passport
Preferred Skills & Experience
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License is a strong advantage.
Military-grade avionics systems experience.
Relevant civilian experience in avionics, aircraft maintenance, or equivalent experience
Personal standard hand tools and toolbox are preferred.
Blackhawk or similar rotary-wing helicopter mechanic experience preferred.
Veterans with helicopter avionics systems experience will be given preference.
