Service Advisor Job Description - Minimum 2 years of traceable experience.
Our busy Auto Repair Shop is looking for an additional Service Advisor to assist within our established, independent owned shop. We run a clean organized office and environment.
Daily duties would include scheduling incoming appointments, greeting our customers, directing technicians, writing estimates, ordering parts from our suppliers, informing customers of needs and recommended maintenance, in order to maintain our front office and making our customers feel appreciated.

If you have previously worked as a Mechanic, Lube Tech, in Sales with some knowledge of customer service in auto industry we would like to talk to you.

Automotive Service advisor
As an automotive service/store manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
- Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop services
- Lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies outlook
- Supervise up to 5 employees
- Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic light duty trucks
- Maintain inventory counts
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Other duties as assigned Managing the techs and keep theem going thru day to meet expectations of the day
- A minimum of 2 years of service experience
- General automotive knowledge

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8-5-5:30
Supplemental Pay:
- The probationary period is 90 days from start-date. During this period you will be evaluated for quality of work as well as your fitment in the workplace. Exemplary work is expected throughout the entire probationary period, and is expected during your entire employment following this period. Your ability to do as asked. If you do not follow these guidelines of what is asked you will be terminated.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour or we can work commission based
