YOUR SCHEDULE AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

When you join our automotive shop in this advising role, you can expect to work 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

YOUR DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Your day as an Automotive Service Advisor is all about connecting with people and making their lives easier! You start by warmly greeting customers, actively listening to their concerns or complaints, and making them feel heard. With their needs in mind, you confidently estimate costs and explain the details, earning their trust before obtaining their signature. Throughout the day, you stay in close contact with the technicians, making sure every item on the service list is thoroughly addressed. You follow up with updates, keeping customers in the loop and ensuring their cars are ready to hit the road confidently. Every day, you're a key player in keeping things running smoothly, and customers leave feeling cared for and satisfied!

REQUIREMENTS

• Automotive repair skills
• Automotive operational skills
• Ability to interact with customers using integrity and transparency
• Helpfulness
• Customer service skills (preferred)
