Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Associate at Serpentini Chevrolet Of Willoughby Hills is responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is a commission only sales job in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cars and possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with commission-based earnings ranging from $45,000 to $100,000+ per year, paid on a weekly basis. In addition, sales associates may also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and incentives based on performance. Benefits offered include health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and maximize profits
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and inventory
- Participate in sales and promotional events to drive business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
