What You’ll Do:
Create Masterpieces: Use the latest spray equipment and proven techniques to inspect, prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces.

What You Need:
Auto Painting Experience: 1-2 years preferred.
Vision Abilities: Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.
Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
Work Ethic: Self-motivation and independence.
Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.
Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.
Valid Driver’s License: A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$30,000.00 - $50,000.00We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
