Responsibilities – Fixed Operations Manager: 

• Oversees an efficient and profitable High-Volume Service and Parts Department
• Generates revenue, communicates with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
• Creates operating budget, meets monthly forecasts, reviews sales, costs, and inventory
• Oversees employee training and development
• Creates work schedules and maintains the accounting of employee productivity
• Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintains parts stock levels that enable work to be completed without delay
• Assists in issuing parts to technicians and customers
• Ensures a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired 
   

Requirements – Fixed Operations Manager: 

• At least 3 years of Motorcycle Service and Parts experience is required
• Additional experience in automotive service and parts operations is an added PLUS!
• Knowledge of warranty procedures, work schedules, etc.
• Excellent supervisor, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement is required – we will help you obtain this.
