We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Detailing Manager to join our team based out of our corporate office in Edmond, Oklahoma. As the Detailing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our automotive detailing operations, ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of detailing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement efficient detailing processes and quality control measures
- Manage inventory of detailing products and equipment, maintaining optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations in the detailing facility
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall business performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and new detailing techniques to continuously improve service offerings
- Prepare and present regular departmental performance reports to upper management
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive detailing, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Extensive knowledge of automotive detailing techniques, products, and equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling, time management, and inventory control
- Thorough understanding of quality control processes and standards
- Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations in the automotive industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
- Automotive detailing certifications (e.g., IDA, IICRC) are a plus
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
