INTEGRO is looking for individuals to join our team at one of our dealership locations and seeking those who are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. As part of our team, you will be working onsite at one of our automotive dealership locations processing both new and used vehicle inventory, playing a key contributing role in providing exceptional customer service.
Job Description
As the Detail Manager, you are responsible for the leadership and management of all daily functions of a detail shop location and ensuring outstanding customer service and work quality. You will oversee all Detail Associates at the worksite on behalf of the Company and report directly to the Area or Regional Manager. These Associates include Detailers and Lot Wash Associates.

Primary responsibilities of the position:
Managing day-to-day operations and delegate work in a fair and balanced manner across both Managers and Associates.
Communicate with appropriate dealership departments to get forecasts of incoming inventory to schedule Associates accordingly.
Monitoring dealership activity and ensuring the location is properly equipped and staffed to support the dealership needs. Auditing site inventory and equipment weekly while processing orders with the warehouse as needed.
Daily periodic walks around the dealership lot and showroom to check inventory and inspect work needing to be completed.
Ensuring all work is recorded and delegated in the system PRIOR to starting work beginning along with all RO/PO or other information is entered along with keeping any IRECON or key track systems up-to-date.
Hiring, training, motivating and coaching Associates as they provide attentive, efficient service to our dealers, assessing Associate performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
Ensuring both Managers and Associates follow Company policies, processes and procedures.
Ensure schedules for both Managers and Associates are done a minimum of (2) two weeks / (14) fourteen days in advance of the work period; while controlling and maintaining labor cost to maximize budgets.
Drive productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
Coaching and developing Associates to grow both personally and professionally.
Working with your team to complete work efficiently, inspecting the quality of work being completed while ensuring both Managers and Associates maintain workspace safety, cleanliness and organization.
Building solid partnerships with different departments in the dealership.
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers or Associates.
Ensuring the highest level of dealer satisfaction is delivered consistently.
Willingness to step in and work any job function necessary to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
Operate everyday with a positive and “YES” mind set while encouraging the same from fellow Managers and Associates.
This position does require frequent movement and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly during each work shift. Portions of this work may be completed inside or outside under varying climate conditions.
