What You’ll Do as an Auto Body Technician:
- Repair Excellence: Assess and repair damaged vehicles, ensuring efficient, high-quality work that meets company standards.
- Team Communication: Keep management and your teammates in the loop on repair status, issues, and timelines.
- Safe & Organized Workspace: Maintain tools and equipment, keeping your workspace clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Wear Your Safety Gear: Always use the required personal protective equipment to keep yourself and others safe.
- Collaborative Repairs: Jump in and help your team when needed to meet deadlines and deliver top-notch service.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in collision repair, with a solid understanding of vehicle structures and repair techniques.
- Skills: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (and sometimes over 70), along with agility, balance, and coordination for climbing, crouching, and working in various positions.
- Attention to Detail: You thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment, and you never compromise on quality.
- Preferred Certifications: A valid driver’s license, with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred (but not required).
