The Audit Team Lead is responsible for ensuring appropriate lot-wide quality control and delivery of WCA audit. They will lead a team of auditors performing lot-wide audit, ensuring audit consistency and quality alignment. They will ensure that the Audit Team maintain the agreed productivity to meet the agreed level of Audits. They will review trends and analyse MI data to identify improvements, working closely with the Quality Calibration Lead (QCL) to ensure quality is supported by appropriate guidance, training, and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
Salary range:
Non-London: £46,500 to £51,500
London: £51,500 to £56,500
- Significant experience as a currently approved WCA assessor with demonstrable high quality and ability to deliver to performance standards
- Trained WCA auditor
- Trained to understand Paper Based Assessments and Consultations
- Stage 3 Training Supervisor
- Experience of effective collaboration to deliver common goals
- Understanding of WCA clinical policy
- Experience of sharing best practice
- A commitment to the principles and practices of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Effective Coaching and Mentoring Skills, able to adapt to individuals learning styles and deliver advice and support
