Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for clients in various industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Supervise and train staff members on audit procedures and techniques
- Review workpapers and audit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify and communicate audit findings to clients and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in accounting standards
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of the firm
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Audit Manager experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software
