We are looking for an experienced Attractions Manager who is passionate about elevating the guest experience, maintaining guest satisfaction, and exceeding guest expectations through the day-to-day operations of our arcade and other attractions. Because our Attractions Manager leads, schedules, trains, and develops team members, we are looking for an individual with great communication skills, patience, and who recognizes the importance of training and development of team members through mentoring and coaching. This position reports to the Assistant General Manager.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
- Nurture positive working relationships with team members.
- Participate in the company's leadership programs and weekly calls.
- Oversee the Guest Experience & Operations side of our Attractions areas:
- Bowling Operations
- Arcade Operations
- Glow Golf Operations
- Cinema/Projection Operations
- Assisting in running the floor to elevate the guest experience, maintaining guest satisfaction, speed of service and cleanliness of the main lobby, bathrooms, and theaters.
- Train and develop Team Members in all attraction's areas.
- Partner with the Training & Guest Service Manager and Assistant General Manager to develop growth plans for team members.
- Assist with the orders/inventory, replenishment, and functionality of our redemption stockrooms and redemption arcade floor rooms.
- Manages supply and R&M budgets in partnership with the Office Supervisor, Arcade/Projection Team, and District Arcade and Cinema Manager.
- Oversee, develop, and direct our Arcade Techs & Projection Team in daily preventive maintenance goals by utilizing our operations execution software (Jolt).
- Partner with Arcade Techs, Assistant General Manager, and Corporate Attractions Manager in execution of rearranging the arcade game floor.
- Reports to the Assistant General Manager and has weekly one-on-ones to discuss sales, budgets, operations, and Team Member performance/growth plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years leadership experience.
- Personable but professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to problem solve effectively.
- Proven ability in leadership, communication, and negotiating skills.
- Take initiative as a self-starter known to work with integrity while also being a strong team player.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
- High EQ with self-awareness, ability to collaborate with others, listen attentively, empathize with others, defuse conflict, show adaptability, and demonstrate good judgment.
- Computer literate with ability to pick up new software programs and applications easily.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Able to lift 35 pounds.
