Attorney - Civil Litigation (Contract Disputes, PI, Employment! - CyberCoders

Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney (All levels)-Hybrid - $120-165k

Job Location: Hybrid in Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, Westlake Village or San Diego

Salary: $160k-$225k/yr DOE

Billable hours are 1900 for associates

Requirements: At least 1-5+ years of experience in California Civil Litigation and a JD from ABA accredited Law School.

With offices throughout California, they are looking to bolster their team by adding excellent, career-driven employees. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on civil litigation matters to our clients, defending our clients in court, and representing them in litigation. You must be adept at trial, or willing to be in the courtroom, and be able to develop strategies to defend our clients' interests.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for researching and advising on legal issues related to civil litigation, drafting legal documents, counseling and negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients in court and during litigation. You will also be required to represent clients in hearings and trials.

What You Need for this Position

• In order to be successful in this role, you must have a JD degree and at least 1 year of experience in the legal field, preferably within Civil Litigation.
• You must have expertise in Civil Litigation including either Contract Disputes, PI and/or Employment.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
