Responsibilities:
- Craft and present monthly financial statements.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations.
- Prepare sales and use tax returns.
- Oversee payroll tax reporting and ensure compliance.
- Generate work in progress reports for operational meetings.
- Participate actively in operations meetings.
- Provide assistance in project cost analysis for larger bids.
- Develop and adjust labor burden and overhead cost standards.
- Review and optimize the setup of new Project Cards.
- Analyze and review the absorption of overhead costs.
- Create estimated costs for bonded jobs and complete Contract Profit reports.
- Aid in developing and implementing inventory control procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, advising on minimization and turnover enhancement.
- Coordinate and oversee physical inventories.
- Facilitate resource sharing across units.
- Undertake additional tasks as required by the Regional Controller.
