Required Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of client service and operational experience

• Proofreading

• Basic banking knowledge

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detailed oriented with the ability to multitask

• Effective listening and problem-solving skills

• Ability to analyze and interpret data

Association Services Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to clients regarding missing documentation (ie., signature cards and resolutions)

• Creating new signature cards and resolutions to be signed by client and sent to client

• Client follows up on these items
