Associate Project Management - Donatech Corporation

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of Process Development's Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging programming. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure PD DI&B program initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and are implementing lessons learned. Responsible for coordinating activities across various site locations and managing action items, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, and performing quality reviews.

Responsibilities Include:
Meeting management
Content Organization to drive action and decision-making
Leading program events
Coordinating activities between target sites
Creating executive communication to report results
Thinking critically about program performance and identifying areas for improvement

This team member would work cross-functionally between Process Development and Operations DI&B Lead to collaborate, align, and identify synergies between the teams to help foster a connected culture environment.
