About the Job
The Associate Director: Business Manager (ADBM) will work to enhance the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays by providing overall management and supervision to the Early Intervention Department related to provider relations, contracts and billing responsibilities and assuring quality of case management/service coordination provided to assist children supported and their families.
This position is hybrid, due to the nature of the position, the expectation is to be on-site/in-person when needed which may be as much as 25-50% of the time. On-site work is required more if there are employee performance issues, training/supporting new hires, in-person trainings and meetings, and State, agency, community or provider events that require in-person attendance. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 5 pm, based on core work days and core work hours, with flexibility around starting and end times.

Required Experience:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a field of human behavioral sciences, with at least two (2) years administrative and supervisory experience working with children’s services OR an Associate’s degree with four (4) years administrative and supervisory experience with children’s services. Experience with Early Intervention and/or Part C services is required. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
