Position Specific Description
The Usource Team is looking to add a Business Analyst to support Renewable and Decarbonization Advisory projects. The business analyst will be working with a core client team to support client engagements through various quantitative, qualitative, and commercial diligence items. Specifically, this will include policy research, supporting the preparation of client presentations, financial modelling of renewable projects, and customized, client specific energy and sustainability Request for Proposal support.
The business analyst must be team oriented and able to work on various client initiatives simultaneously. This requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively communicate with a broader team. This position will work directly with clients of the Consulting practice and colleagues within the broader Usource Consulting team.
Job Overview
Employees in this role conduct basic operational analyses that support informed decision making within the business unit. Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Individuals in this role apply standardized tools and techniques.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
+ Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations
+ Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects
+ Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
+ High School Grad / GED
+ Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
+ Experience: 0+ years
